Why do the Ansars recite Surat al Fatiha in third and fourth raka of the prayer instead of the Three Tasbih (glorifications) ?
Traditionally the Sunni Muslims would recite it like that (Fatiha in third and fourth raka) while Shia Muslims would recite the Three Tasbih of Fatima (Subhanallah, Wal Hamdulilah, Wa laa ilaaha illa Allah, Wa Allahu Akbar) during third and fourth raka of prayer.
Sayed Ahmed alHasan (as) has instructed that the correct way to pray is to recite Surat al Fatiha during third and fourth raka of the obligatory prayers (Thuhr, Asr, Mughrib, Isha). The reasoning behind this is that there is a clear cut Hadith by Imam Mahdi (as) stating that the “Three Tasbih” way has been replaced by Surat al Fatiha. And when something is becomes replaced it means it is no longer valid. The narration can be found in Wasael Al Shia v.6 p.127 Hadith 7522.
From Muhammad son of Abdullah son of Jaafar AlHimyari. He wrote to Imam Mahdi (as) asking about the last two rakat (third and fourth), because the narrations were so many. Some say that reading Surat alFatiha alone is better while others say that (three) Tasbih is better. So which one should we perform?
So Imam Mahdi (as) answered: "In these two Raka (third and fourth), reciting Surat alFatiha has replaced the three Tasbih.
Saying (three) Tasbih was overturned by the saying of the Aalim(as): Every prayer which has no recitation (of a Surah in all Rakas) in it is incomplete. Unless it was from a sick person or someone who is extremely inattentive. The exception for them (the sick person and inattentive person) is because it is feared that their prayer becomes invalid."

Thus it is clear and unambiguous, the correct way is to pray the third and fourth Raka with Surat Al Fatiha and not with three Tasbih.
